Earth Moving Our training is offered in Earthmoving Equipment and we are fully accredited by the CPCS/City & Guilds to carry out all training and testing. Training can be supplied for a range of vehicles including;

All 180 and 360 Excavators, Dump Trucks - all sizes, Forward Tipping Dumpers, Telescopic Handlers (Teleporters), Ride on Rollers, Skid Steer Loaders, Wheeled Loading Shovels, Tracked Loading Shovels, Lorry Loaders, Mobile Elevating Work Platforms, Tractor Dozers, Agricultural Tractors, Soil-Landfill Compactors, Counter Balance Forklift Trucks, Rough Terain Forklifts, Sideloaders, Crushers and Screeners and Slinger Signaller.

The comprehensive range of services offered includes on site tests, assessments, experienced worker pratical assessments (NVQ), on site assessment and training (NVQ), foundation training, health and safety courses and direct national vocational qualifications route.

Red cpcs cards:

Red card to blue:

1. Complete 300 hours in your log book for each category of plant
2. Have health & safety test in place within the last two years.#
3. Complete a profile and portfolio and test
4. Red card will only be valid for 3 years

To achieve a blue CPCS card from a red CPCS card

An Plant Operations - Plant Operator level 2 NVQ will have to be completed

1. Contact us via phone or email
2. Arrange inducting, skill matching and profiling & visits and assessments
3. Level 2 cost £45
4. Collect evidence as requiried
5. Complete portfolio
6. Externally verified by City & Guilds
7. Award when verified is then sent to the records centre
8. And new blue card £20.00

Blue CPCS cards: valid for 5 years

Complete 300 hours in your log book for each machine on your card - ring us if not sure what you have to do - or ring cpcs help desk do not take tests to renew unless you have not completed the required hours in your log book.

A short test can be completed if you do not have the complete hours in your log book - this is not an Assessed Route of Entry it is an:

on-site-assessment - short test for competency - if booking a test we require 6 days notice to email CPCS. Then a single form is completed and handed to us, we always retain a copy.

Validator

The renewal form is handed to your company validator to sign your renewal form and checks the below:

1. Log book hours - for each item on card
2. Any osa test
3. Health & safety touch screen test in date within
the last 2 years
